  NOTE (corrected 2026-10-10): this used to claim the Pascal lexer accepts only
  ASCII inside comments. That is no longer true -- measured, Chinese text and
  full-width punctuation in a brace comment compile fine. This very file already
  writes Chinese in the comment a few lines below, and Examples/pascal/test/libs.pas
  has a header written that way, so no special care is needed. }
