Terms of Use
This page lists a few ground rules for using Dolaima. It does not replace anything: when you obtain this app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies as well.
Contents
1. What you may do with it
Install and use Dolaima on devices you own or are authorised to use, including writing code, compiling, running it, and using what it produces. The code and the results are yours.
You must be at least 13 to use it (the store age rating is 13+); if you are under 18, please use it with a guardian's consent.
2. You supply the model service
The AI features do not include a model service. You obtain and enter your own API key, and you settle the cost directly with that provider. We do not bill you, handle payment, or issue refunds for it. Whether the service is available, and when it changes its prices or terms, is up to that provider.
3. Full Edition (one-time purchase)
- "Full Edition" is a non-consumable in-app purchase: buy once, keep it, and restore it on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Payment and refunds are handled by Apple. Request refunds through Apple's process; we cannot approve or deny them.
- Which languages and whether the optimizer is included in the free edition is stated in the app.
4. It will change your files
Dolaima reads, writes and runs files in your workspace — that is what it is for. Use it with backups in place, and do not hand it the only copy of anything you care about. Keep sensitive files out of the workspace.
5. Provided as is
This app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Compiled output and AI-generated code or answers need your own judgement and verification. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this app.
6. Open source and third-party components
Third-party components and libraries used by Dolaima keep their own licence terms; this page does not change them. The built-in VML virtual machine and the 22 language front ends are distributed with the app (no executable code is downloaded at runtime).
